For contractors first

One button. Walkthrough to invoice.

Hit RECORD, walk the job and talk through what you see. HomeRecord Pro turns your walkthrough into a scope, then a to-do list, an estimate and an invoice. Your client gets a portal with the video, scope, estimate, invoices and reminders.

What it does

1. Record

One big RECORD button. Record on your phone or upload a video. A California recording-consent check comes first, every time.

2. Scope

Turns your walkthrough into a scope and a to-do list, using your trade's price templates. Everything is editable before it goes out.

3. Estimate & invoice

Line items carry into the estimate and invoice. Clients approve and pay in their portal. Sent estimates are locked, so clients always see what they approved.

4. Client portal

One link per client: walkthrough video, scope, estimates, invoices, notifications and reminders. No app to install.

5. Home record

Finished jobs fill your client's home record: dated invoice, your license number and status, and photos. Proof of improvements for capital gains, insurance and resale.

6. Reminders you control

Estimate follow-ups, invoice reminders, and opt-in property-tax and maintenance reminders. Each one has an on/off switch, an override and a Run now button.

Reviews

We are in a pilot with our first contractors. We'll post real reviews with names once they're in. We never publish made-up ones.

What we show about pros

Only facts you can check: the contractor's license number and its status as of the date it was checked, with a link to the CSLB lookup (cslb.ca.gov). We don't rate or vouch for anyone.
